Plain and honest, same as everything else here. This explains what happens to your information when you use this site.
If you download a free resource: your email address, so the file can be sent to you and you can hear from us afterward if you'd like to. Handled through Kit, our email platform.
If you chat with Muse (Ask Muse or Practice Coach): your messages are sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude, the AI Muse is built on) to generate a response. This happens for every message, every time — it's how the conversation works.
If you save a Business Profile in Practice Coach: that information (what you sell, your audience, price, tone) is stored only in your own browser, on your own device. We never see it, store it on our servers, or have any way to access it. If you use a different device or browser, or clear your browser data, it won't be there — it's genuinely local to you.
If you purchase anything: payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details at any point.
General site visits: Vercel Analytics tracks anonymous, aggregate visit data (which pages get viewed) — nothing tied to your identity.

None of these services are permitted to use your information for anything beyond delivering the specific function above.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Since we don't operate our own database of student accounts, most of what exists about you sits with the third parties above (like your Kit subscription) or entirely on your own device (your Business Profile) — we're happy to help you action a request either way.
